We couldn’t find a rug we liked. We had seen a Rugaura Rug, were very impressed and found initial consultation very helpful and interesting. From conception to completion Laura collaborated with us on our ideas, choice of colours and shapes and created great designs for us to chose from. We love the abstractness of the design and how it incorporates all the styles we like and the quality and colour combinations suit our décor perfectly. From initial concept we felt well looked after and impressed by the level of detail taken; Laura went to great lengths to match the colours to our surroundings and made suggestions about size, types of wool etc which enhanced the final result.

We whole-heartedly recommend this personal service which allows you to seek expert advice regarding an original idea and be involved in the process as the work progresses. This enables both parties to ensure they are on the same page and make any needed adjustments along the way. The time taken from initial discussion to delivery of the final product was very impressive considering the amount of hours it must have taken to produce.
